You Are Likely an Only Child |
At your darkest moments, you feel frustrated. At work and school, you do best when you're organizing. When you love someone, you tend to worry about them. In friendship, you are emotional and sympathetic. Your ideal careers are: radio announcer, finance, teaching, ministry, and management. You will leave your mark on the world with organizational leadership, maybe as the author of self-help books. |

What Is Your Birth Order?
Have you ever read The Birth Order Book by Kevin Leman? I've read most of it and heard him speak on this and I am surprised at how accurate a lot of this information is, though I don't generally agree with the idea of pegging people into boxes. When I saw this blog thing on the web, I thought it was kind of interesting and wondered what they would come up with, because I am a hybrid...I am the first born in so many ways, but my brother died when when I was almost 7, so I do have a lot of only child traits as well. My stepsiblings came along when I was much older. While I would have been very happy with only one child, especially given our infertility issues, I am so thankful for three...I never wanted my child to be lonely like I was. Now I know lots of happy only children, so I think it was probably more my particular circumstances, but it is interesting how it shapes us as people.
