Irish Hiking Scarf
This is Hello Yarn's Irish Hiking Scarf which was another EASY knit! The pattern is free too at the aforementioned link. I've had this done for ages, but needed to block and finish the ends...weaving ends is my least favorite job! There is a story as to why this is in two colors. My step Dad Jack has a Dutch wool felt cap the color of the gray. He also loves dark green. He asked about using two colors. I said no...ick! Striped Cables! Yuck! We ended up picking the gray because it matched the cap. Then lo and behold I ran out of yarn. So this is a half gray, half green scarf. I have more of the green and so I am going to make him some type of watch cap with cables out of that.
