Visiting Friends

Besides visiting all the cool places, we have been visiting cool friends too! :o) Last week and again earlier this week, we went to visit my friend Debi. She and I met in freshman PE class in high school, then she transferred and we met again in community college and were in a campus ministry together. We have gone through a lot of ups and downs throughout the years and our friendship still holds strong. We told her son that we had known each other since we were 13 or 14 years old. He thought that was no big deal because he had known his best friend since he was 2. We laughed and explained that there were more years since our 13 or 14 than from his 2 to 13! lol

There is always fun stuff to do at Aunt Debi's house. Compared to ours, it's like Disneyland! :o) The kids, A, J and D had fun on the trampoline, swimming, playing with lots of neat toys and just having other kids to be with.

Thomas with Trooper. See the back of their house? They have a great house for sale in western Washington complete with five acres of land, including some woods and a green belt, as well as being down the road from two state parks, while still being close to the city.

A loved Trooper... and what a great cat he is. He got down as soon as he could but he was gentle and tolerant and kept his claws in. Our Abbie kitty doesn't allow the kids to pick her up, so A really got a bang out of this!
