Look What I've Been Doing...

I have never done beading before. This green stitchmarker didn't turn out too bad.

However, the wraps on some of the others are not so great and the beads move a little too much, which I am concerned will be a hindrance in lace knitting. Does anyone have any tips on how to wrap the wire better and how to judge the amount of length to leave for wrapping? I would love some hints. I don't really want to take a bead making class because I WILL NOT START A NEW HOBBY! LOL

Theresa,
Your markers look great! I noticed how neat the wraps were right off. I made some but didn't wrap real well, and they ended up catching in my yarn all the time!

OOOO, those are pretty! What do you mean, a 'New" hobby? Beading is an extension of knitting! One beads one's knitwear and one needs stitch markers etc, right?

Beautiful! I just bought a simple bead kit to try my hand at stitch markers! I haven't had a minute to try them yet, so can't give you any advice. Hopefully mine will look as good as yours do!
